Initial Consultation

Our journey begins with a private conversation. We discuss your lifestyle, the intended occasion for your garment, and your personal aesthetic preferences. This is where your vision is translated into a technical brief that guides our artisans through the following stages.

Fabric Selection

Access our curated library of over 5,000 premium fabrics from the world’s most prestigious mills, including Loro Piana, Holland & Sherry, and Dormeuil. We guide you through weights, drapes, and compositions to find the perfect match for your needs.

Anatomical Measurements

Precision is the hallmark of the urban tailor. We take over 35 distinct measurements, noting posture, shoulder slope, and nuances of movement. This data ensures a fit that feels like a second skin, providing both comfort and a powerful silhouette.

Master Pattern Making

A unique paper pattern is drafted from scratch for every client. Unlike “Made to Measure,” which alters existing templates, our Bespoke patterns are an architectural blueprint of your specific physiology, archived for all your future commissions.

Hand Cutting

The pattern is laid upon your chosen fabric with obsessive care to ensure grain alignment and pattern matching. Our cutters use traditional heavy shears, cutting by hand to ensure the fabric’s integrity is maintained, a process no machine can replicate.

Artisanal Hand Stitching

Over 80 hours of manual labor go into every suit. From the padded canvas lapel to the hand-sewn buttonholes (Milanese style), every structural element is stitched by hand to allow the garment to breathe and mold to the wearer over time.

The Basted Fitting

The “first fitting” involves a garment held together by temporary white basting thread. This allows us to deconstruct and adjust the jacket on your body, perfecting the balance and drape before the final closures are made.

Final Delivery

The journey concludes with the presentation of your finished masterpiece. We perform a final inspection to ensure every detail meets our exacting standards. Your garment is then steam-pressed and presented in a signature Urban Bespoke garment bag.
